I've been bothered by a few things lately, and the video above best described how I felt. It's been a long weekend, and I'm better now. At the end of the day, I choose to be upset, and now I'm making an effort to understand that the things I cannot control are simply out of my hands. It is what it is...

That was random. I forgot superman also has the same power as the flux compassater from Back to The Future.
When that happens as is usually the case with a lot of things I try to get accomplished, I usually just go to the gym and either take my anger out on the weights, or get some shots up.
Most of the things I do get upset are things that are out of my control and I try not to stress myself, but we all have are days.
Hope all is well and hopefully things get better.
That was probably the best video to describe anyone's anger...I hope all is well with you primo. We cant let things that we cant control, control us.
