Run it!

"Bad bwoy...big talk..."

Kardinal Official - Grindin' (Selector Remix)

The title of the world's fastest man has become more cliche' in track and field than ever. So much so, that whenever there is a new world record...people are almost apathetic.

Welcome To Jamrock

Super sprinter Usain Bolt has been a quiet anomaly since he first arrived on the scene at the age of 14...however on Sunday, he did what a lot of so called experts would consider the impossible. He shattered his 100-meter time from last summer's Olympics (9.69)...with a 9.58 run at the IAAF World Track Championships in Berlin.

In an interesting twist...Bolt achieved this feat in the same arena that Jesse Owens once dispelled hate in the 1936 Olympics, winning 5 Gold medals.

The more things change...the more they stay the same...as Bolt and the country of Jamaica continue to show their track and field prowess.
